Great idea

... But missing a lot of food trucks. I went to one listed and found three other unlisted trucks next to it.

Poor business

When you try to contact them about food trucks they sell or lease they never call you back! Do not use them.

Weak execution

Most of the citys I travel too this app says they dont have any food trucks then I look on fb and there they are. Maybe spend some time getting trucks on here

Location???

a good app for large cities, only. Not a joining community

App may be ok, but no help to me

There are many food trucks in my area but the closest the App shows me are 20 miles away. That not "Nearby"

Incomplete listings

Roaming Hunger Food Trucks is a good idea. I installed the iPhone version on my iPad. 1 The app does not list many actual, physical trucks. For example, I know that Utah has more than two food trucks. 2 Each truck should have a city, state, phone number, and perhaps links to their social media pages or to a web site. 3 Even for trucks listed in the app, search does not find them effectively. When I search for food trucks in Utah, search finds two, but then it says "You might also like" and lists more trucks in Utah that did not come up on the search results. Why were they not returned the first time as part of search results? 4 "You might also like" finds trucks all over the country; I do not want to see Florida trucks. 5 After I change the Settings from current location to a particular city, I see no way to go back to the map view. Maybe I am missing it. 6 In Salt Lake City, there are many food trucks at the Downtown Farmers Market. It would be good to add those to the database. If the listings were at least 50% complete, I would give five stars.

Doesnt know where you are

Terrible app. Doesnt know where you are. Shows trucks 45 miles away and says they are 3.8 miles away. Totally frustrating and useless. Does not show trucks nearby. Incomplete information. Dont waste your time.

Wrong more than right

Ive had it with driving around looking for a food truck that Roaming Hunger says is at a certain address right that minute, only to find nothing there. This happens more than half the time I use the app. Sometimes its because the app has the address in the wrong city—i.e. it says 900 31st St. in Manhattan Beach when its really 900 31st St. in LA. Other times, who knows? I dont know if the misinformation comes from the trucks or from Roaming Hunger itself, but either way Im deleting the app.

Not very accurate

Only found 3 out of 7 food trucks listed. Very disappointed.

A whole new app!

We hope you like the new look and feel of the app designed to make finding your next mobile meal easy and delicious.

Narrow area scope in Los Angeles

App has a great interface but if you dont happen to be in a subsection of the city (LA) that is useless. There are bunches of trucks in my area of LA County but this app doesnt have any of them.

Had to download to find out its useless

Showed zero food trucks in the San Frenando valley or all of Ventura county. We have lots of food trucks and many events per month , its all over social media but this has nothing for the million people in the San Frenando Valley and entire Ventura county.

Great app!

Great app! Easily found lots of trucks in the Houston area. But truck locations are only as good as what the trucks tell. We did a progressive truck lunch. Five trucks all on app but two wrong locations. Finally found them...well worth the hunt.

A lot of potential

The app works well and clearly states the necessary information. The areas of improvement are more buy-in from the food truck community/better marketing to get them involved and agree to being on the app (if any is needed).
